By accessing, using or obtaining any content, data, materials, information, products or services from Yourtrippal, Inc’s websites and associated mobile apps (“Yourtrippal Service”) you agree to be legally bound by these terms and condition (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please refrain from using the Yourtrippal Service. All uses that do not comply with the Terms are prohibited.
Description of Service – Yourtrippal does not sell or provide travel services.
The Yourtrippal Services provides you with tools and resources to search and plan travel services, including online travel search tools now known or hereafter developed including any software and systems developed or deployed in association with the online travel search.
The Yourtrippal Service is an online travel search. Yourtrippal does not provide, own or control any of the travel services or products that are presented and are accessible through the Yourtrippal Service such as bus travel, train travel, flights, rental cars, hotels and the like (“Travel Offerings”). The Travel Offerings are controlled, owned and provided by third parties (“Travel Providers”) either directly by the service provider or through an agent such as an online travel agency. The Travel Providers are solely responsible for the Travel Offerings and the Travel Provider’s terms and privacy policies cover you reservations. You must agree to the Travel Provider’s terms as well as to the terms of the service provider of the actual travel services. Interacting with Travel Provider’s accessed through Yourtrippal is done at your own risk and Yourtrippal has no responsibility if anything goes wrong with your reservation, during or after travel. The listing of a Travel Offering or Travel Provider on Yourtrippal Services is neither implied nor explicit a recommendation, sponsorship, control or affiliation with the Travel Providers or the Travel Offerings.
Yourtrippal provides data, including pricing, locations and schedules, which are obtained from Travel Providers. Yourtrippal does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such provided data. Yourtrippal does not service the Travel Offerings nor control the Travel Providers and Yourtrippal does not verify the data provided to us by the Travel Providers. Yourtrippal does not guarantee the prices and availability listed on Yourtrippal Services. Prices and availability vary continuously and additional fees, charges and/or taxes may be applicable. Some listings on Yourtrippal may be sold in another currency than the listed currency that was your default display currency or the currency that you had selected to view listings in. Currency conversions shown on Yourtrippal are for information purposes only, actual conversion rates may vary and your payment provider may apply other currency conversion rates and/or charge fees for payments made in other currencies.
Yourtrippal may charge a service fee for transactions conducted on our platform for the service provided under these Terms and Conditions. This service fee helps us cover the costs of our platform and allows us to invest in future improvements to better serve you. The service fee may vary and will be displayed at the reservation step. The Yourtrippal service fee is nonrefundable as it is charged for the use of our services, which is fulfilled at the time the reservation is confirmed.
A reservation of a Travel Offering made through the Yourtrippal Service is a reservation that is made directly with the Travel Provider listed on the reservation step of the Yourtrippal Service. The Yourtrippal Service only facilitates the reservation by offering a user interface to make the reservation with the Travel Provider. Yourtrippal is in no way responsible for the reservation or the reserved Travel Offering as Yourtrippal is not involved nor has control over the data and information regarding the Travel Offering including Travel Offering description, pricing, fees, availability or terms of use nor in the actual provision of the Travel Offerings you may have reserved. If any issues or disputes in relation to you reservation may occur you agree to direct and resolve the issues or disputes directly with the Travel Provider and not with Yourtrippal. In some instance Yourtrippal may collect payment for the reservation on behalf of the Travel Provider. Nonetheless, your reservation is at all time directly with the Travel Provider and all reservations are subject to the Travel Provider's terms and conditions. Reservations and tickets are non-transferable by Yourtrippal and refunds shall only be processed by Yourtrippal on behalf of the Travel Provider and under direct, written, authorization from the Travel Provider in accordance to their refund policies and specifically their refund policies for reservations made with Yourtrippal.
You agree to use the Yourtrippal Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Yourtrippal Service for any false, fraudulent reservations or reservations for commercial gain. You agree not to use the Yourtrippal Service for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden under U.S. laws, by these Terms or by any local laws that may apply in your location.
Without prior written authorization from Yourtrippal, you may not: i) access the Yourtrippal Service or the IP with any manual or automated process for any purpose other than your personal use; use of any automated system or software to extract data from the Yourtrippal Services (“screen scraping”), for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited, ii) bypass or attempt to circumvent any restrictions or controls to prevent or restrict access to the Yourtrippal Service, iii) deep-link to any portion of our website, iv) incorporate any part of the Yourtrippal Service and/or IP into any other website or application whether visible or not, v) use any software, hardware or combination that interferes, slows down, places a significant load on our systems or disables the Yourtrippal Service, vi) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit the Yourtrippal Service, vii) use any service of the Yourtrippal Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or in any way objectionable or inappropriate as determined by Yourtrippal, viii) post or distribute any content on the Yourtrippal Service that violates the rights of any third party or applicable law, ix) use Our Website to collect or store personal information about others, x) use the Yourtrippal Service for any commercial purpose unless you’ve received express written permission from Yourtrippal, xi) transmit any ad or promotional content on the Yourtrippal Service; or
Yourtrippal may, at our sole discretion, at any time and without advance notice or liability, suspend, terminate or restrict your access to all or any section of the Yourtrippal Service.
Any use of the Yourtrippal Service by travel agents, resellers or travel searches, for any purpose other than selecting and completing a reservation through the use of the Yourtrippal Service is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
We, our affiliates, providers, vendors (“Third Parties”) and other licensors own the Yourtrippal Service along with all of the text, images, software, service marks, trademarks and other contents of the Yourtrippal Service (“IP”). You agree not to copy, transmit or create derivatives of any of the IP, except for personal, non-commercial use on your computer or mobile device. Yourtrippal, the Yourtrippal logo, Yourtrippal.com, Yourtrippal SEARCH, the Yourtrippal icon logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Yourtrippal Inc. Other content, products, services, or commercial marks displayed throughout the Yourtrippal Service are the property of our affiliated Third Parties and other licensors. By accessing the Yourtrippal Service you are not granted any license or right to use any of the marks or content contained in the Yourtrippal Service.
Privacy Policy
The use of the Yourtrippal Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Through your use of the Yourtrippal Service you consent to the use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that the Yourtrippal Service is provided “AS-IS” and we expressly disclaim all warranties of quality, completeness, accuracy, availability, security or performance. We do not guarantee the information we display, including but not limited to the schedules, times, durations, prices, availability, quality, travel provider information or any information provided by customer service.
Limitation of Liabilities
Yourtrippal, Inc and our officers, directors, employees, representatives, and Third Parties to the extent permitted by law hereby expressly exclude any responsibility and liability for any damages to your property from accessing the Yourtrippal Service or transmitting any content of the Yourtrippal Service, or any injury, death, loss, claim, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), of any kind whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that are in any way associated with the use of the Yourtrippal Service, any failure, inaccessibility or interruption or the performance or nonperformance by Yourtrippal or any Travel Provider, vendor or affiliate, even if Yourtrippal has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party. The limitations may not apply or apply partially to you as some states or countries do not allow the limitation of liability.
Subject to these Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Yourtrippal, the Third Parties, and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, expense, loss or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal or accounting fees, arising out of, or connected in any way to your use of the Yourtrippal Service, access to the IP, your breach of these Terms or the agreements incorporated in these Terms by reference.
Third Party Content and Services
The Yourtrippal Service offers links and content offered by the Third Parties, it does not suggest or constitute sponsorship or recommendation of the Third Parties or their services. Yourtrippal is not responsible and has no control over the accuracy, quality or comprehensiveness of the content provided by the Third Parties. Yourtrippal is not responsible for your dealings with the Third Parties and you shall do so at your own risk. You shall hold Yourtrippal harmless of any liability arising from acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of the Third Parties or for any personal injuries, death, property or other damages and/or expenses associated with your dealings with the Third Parties.
The Yourtrippal Service may contain links to third party websites and other content. We do not have control over the destinations of these links, we do not endorse their contents and are not responsible for their actions or quality. Each website shall be governed by their own terms and conditions of service, privacy policies and other rules or restrictions.
The Yourtrippal Service offers routed, multi-legged or travel itineraries otherwise served in combination by two or more Travel Providers and will require the reservation of two or more tickets. Each of the reserved tickets will be governed by the reservation terms and conditions imposed by the associated Third Party. Because prices and availability can change rapidly, please ensure that all tickets are available before you proceed with your reservation. Please make sure to complete the reservation of all tickets in your itinerary. Changes or cancellations of any one ticket will not affect the other tickets. Some Yourtrippal service may integrate Google services and by using Yourtrippal you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en
Miscellaneous
From time to time we may modify these Terms and will post notice of the modifications through the Yourtrippal Service. These changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of the Yourtrippal Service subsequent the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for modifications. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications of these Terms or in the future are unsatisfied with the Yourtrippal Services in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the Yourtrippal Services.
If we fail to act with respect to your breach or any other parties’ breach of any part of these Terms we are not waiving our right to act with respect to similar or subsequent breaches. The Terms together with any other agreements incorporated herein through reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Yourtrippal regarding your use of the Yourtrippal Service and replace any prior understanding or agreements associated with the you use of the Yourtrippal Service. If a court finds any of the Terms to be unenforceable, that clause will remain in effect to the full extent permitted by law and all other Terms will remain valid and in full effect. The laws of the State of Delaware govern these Terms. You agree that any legal action arising from your use of the Yourtrippal Service or these Terms will be filed only in the state and federal courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA. In any action initiated by you or by us, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all legal expenses, including all reasonable attorney fees, incurred in connection with the action.

Referral Program

The Yourtrippal referral program (“Referral Program”) allows Yourtrippal users with an active user account (“Users”) to earn points that can be redeemed towards future bus or train travel available on Yourtrippal by referring new users to use Yourtrippal. To take part in the Referral Program Users must agree to the terms in this section and the entire Yourtrippal terms and conditions.
Earning points:
Users can earn Travel Credits if: i) they have an active user account in good standing, ii) they activate their unique referral code, iii) the person they refer has not purchased before from Yourtrippal and doesn’t have a Yourtrippal account, iv) the referred user clicks on the referral link and creates a new user account that follows our Terms and Conditions and v) the referred person completes a Qualifying Reservation (defined below).
The referring User will be credited with points (“Referral Reward”) in the amount specified in the referral invitation or promotional material after the referred person completes the Qualifying Reservation.
A User can earn only one Referral Reward for each new person they refer, but Users may refer multiple new persons to earn a Referral Reward per each new referral.The maximum a User may earn in their lifetime is 50,000 points from Referral Rewards.
Qualifying Reservation:
A Qualifying Reservation must have the minimum total value (excluding fees or taxes) as indicated in the referral invitation or promotional materials and it shall not be less than $20. A Qualifying Reservation must be for a bus or train travel reservation made and paid for directly on the Yourtrippal website as recorded by the Yourtrippal systems. Reservations made on any third party website, including the carriers even if redirected there through links on Yourtrippal are not Qualifying Reservations. Plane, ferry, rental car, hotel or other services are not eligible as a Qualifying Reservation.
Only reservations made after the referred user has received an invitation and registered for an account will be eligible. The referred person must complete their travel before the User can receive their Referral Reward. Any cancelled reservation whether cancelled through Yourtrippal or with a carrier even if no refund is issued, reservation that leads to a chargeback or a reservation not compliant with all of the Terms and Conditions is not a Qualifying Reservation.
Redeeming Points
Points earned as Referral Rewards can only be redeemed on Yourtrippal for bus and train reservations. Points are promotional discounts and have no cash value, they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Users must have enough points to cover the entire cost of the trip including all taxes and fees at the time of redemption. At this time no partial redemption is possible. Prices of tickets change constantly and points can only be redeemed for the actual price including all fees at the moment of redemption as quoted by Yourtrippal.
Referral Rewards may not be earned by creating multiple accounts and any such points earned shall be forfeited and the accounts disabled. Referral Rewards may not be earned for referring current or past users or account holders of Yourtrippal.
If you believe that there is a discrepancy in your account balance please contact Yourtrippal customer service. We may require additional information or proof to support your claim. All decisions regarding your Yourtrippal points are final and at Yourtrippal sole discretion. The User is responsible for any tax implications of earning or redeeming points.
Sharing Links:
Referral links should only be shared for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be posted on any online forum, coupon sites, blogs or other channels without the genuine intent to share with friends and family. Users are not allowed to spam others with their referral links through any medium or automated means nor can referral links be used as part of any advertising or affiliate marketing. Any accounts created or points earned not compliant with this section will be forfeited and accounts disabled.
Referred Users:
Referred Users who created an account via a valid referral link and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will also earn a Referral Reward, in the amount specified in the referral invitation or other promotional material, when the Referred Users completes their first Qualifying Reservation. The Referred User will earn a Referral Reward that may be later redeemed for a reservation once the Referred User has earned enough points to cover the entire cost of their desired reservation as per the Redeeming Points section. Referred Users may earn additional points by themselves referring friends to Yourtrippal or through other programs that may be available to them in the future.
A Referred User may only use one referral link. If the Referred User receives multiple referral links, only the User whose referral link was actually used by the Referred User when creating their account will earn a Referral Reward. The Referral Program cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentive.
Termination and Changes:
Yourtrippal may suspend or end the Referral Program or any User’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time, for any reason at Yourtrippalsole discretion. Yourtrippal shall have the right to review all accounts and activity and to disable accounts or void points if we suspect or find any activity that is fraudulent, spamming or violates our Terms and Conditions. Any decisions or actions taken are at Yourtrippal's sole discretion. Products that may be eligible as a Qualifying Reservation or eligible for redeeming points may change from time to time. The terms of the Referral Program may be changed at any time and any changes will be posted on the Yourtrippal platform. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any changes shall be deemed as consent to such changes.
Promotions
Travel Review Giveaway
This Giveaway is open to : (i) legal residents of the United States of America or people with legal residence in Europe; (ii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and; (iii) must purchase a bus or train ticket directly on the Yourtrippal platform and they personally travel on said travel reservation. They must then write a unique and factually accurate account of their travel experience. All of this must be completed by the person no later than Feb 28, 2022. Winner will be drawn at Yourtrippal discretion before the end of the day on March 1, 2022. Winner will be notified via the email they used to book the reviewed trip, along with instructions on how to claim their free ticket. Winner will receive a bus or train ticket, according to their preference, for any trip available to book on Yourtrippal with a price of up to $50 including all fees, taxes and the like. Winner will have 180 days to claim their free ticket, or the prize will be forfeited. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The free bus or train ticket can be issued only to the winner and can be used for travel only by them. All bookings made using the free ticket will be final and will not be subject to any changes or cancellations.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Yourtrippal, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an entrant’s entry is selected as a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The review submission must not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Yourtrippal and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing or typographical errors pertaining to any Submissions; (d) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Submissions; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) any Giveaway disruptions, losses, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant’s Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Giveaway Submission; provided that if it is not possible to award another Submission for any reason, Yourtrippal, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
