Pros: It was overall fabulous! I really appreciated the foot rest, cup holder, wifi, and charging port. The driver and staff were super nice. Cons: The bus/driver was a little stop-start-y which is usually the case in large buses--where the bus accelerates and brakes very quickly in traffic and causes a bit of motion sickness.

Pros: no one was in the seat next to me. Cons: Seats are quite tight, trip was delayed by 30 minutes on short notice and meant we got stuck in traffic so arrived about 45min later than expected.

OurBus Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your OurBus ticket up to 30 minutes before your trip’s departure time in exchange for a full credit that you can use toward a future OurBus trip. To quickly and easily cancel your trip, click the “Cancel Ticket” button on the ticket emailed to you by OurBus. You can also log in to your account on the OurBus website, find your ticket under “My Passes,” and select the option to cancel that ticket.

After your ticket is cancelled, the amount you paid for your ticket will be transferred to your OurBus Wallet immediately. This credit in your OurBus Wallet can be used for future purchases with OurBus, and is valid for up to 5 years. Please keep in mind that OurBus tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled after the bus has departed.

Although your OurBus reservation cannot be changed or rescheduled, if you’d like to make any changes to your travel plans, you can simply cancel your ticket and use the money in your Ourbus Wallet to book a new ticket.

In addition to 24-hour assistance during your trip and other benefits, trip protection can help you get your money back in case you need to cancel or change your OurBus booking.
